You may have noticed a deposit amount listed on the Summary and Confirmation page of your bill; however, this is an error. SCE is not currently billing our residential customers for deposit amounts. In the unlikely event that we request a deposit for a new service on your first bill, please contact us at 1-800-655-4555. Due to recent billing system changes, some SCE customers’ User IDs are temporarily deactivated. We are working behind the scenes to reactivate your User ID as soon as possible. For more information, please visit our Help Center.

SCE is not billing deposits to our residential customers. In the event you do see a deposit amount listed on the summary and confirmation page, be assured that you will not be billed a deposit. In the unlikelihood event a deposit is requested on your first bill, please contact us at 1-800-655-4555.
