I am an SCE employee. A customer ran an SCE Energy Manager® report, but there is incorrect or missing data, or “gaps” in the data. What should I do?

To start assisting the customer with their report, first work with them to ensure they’re not experiencing a browser issue and that the problem is not due to user error. If the issue continues, please visit the SCE Portal > Technology Help Center > Get IT Support to submit a Remedy Request for IT assistance.
