I am an SCE employee. A customer is having an issue with their SCE Energy Manager® report. How should I help them solve the issue?

To start assisting the customer with their report, first work with them to make sure they’re not experiencing a browser issue and that the problem is not due to user error. If the issue continues, please submit a Remedy Request to IT and they will help resolve the problem.
