SCE employees, such as Energy Advisors, may use the SPOC tool to submit SCE Energy Manager customer access requests.

First, ensure the customer has a registered SCE My Account and is eligible for SCE Energy Manager enrollment. Then, follow the process for using SPOC to grant access to your customer (SPOC job aids are available on the Edison Portal).
