I attempted to run a report in SCE EnergyManager®, but the report is blank. What should I do?

Please try closing your web browser window, clearing your cache (deleting your browsing data), opening a new SCE Energy Manager session, and rerunning your report.

Closing, clearing, and re-opening your browser session will usually solve the issue; however, if you experience it again, please call us at 1-800-990-7788, and an SCE representative will gladly assist you.
