I attempted to run a report in SCE EnergyManager®, but the system is not allowing me to submit my request. What should I do?
Troubleshooting
In addition, close your web browser window, clear your cache (delete your browsing data), open a new SCE Energy Manager session, and try rerunning your report. Closing, clearing, and re-opening your browser session will usually solve the issue; however, if you experience it again, please call us at 1-800-990-7788, and an SCE representative will gladly assist you.
