What should I do if my SCE EnergyManager® tab does not appear on my screen?

If you have enrolled in SCE Energy Manager but the tab does not show up on your My Account screen, please check to make sure you’ve submitted your access request to SCEEnergyManager@sce.com (or, if applicable, have contacted your assigned SCE Account Manager to request access). If so, and you received an enrollment confirmation message, please call us at 1-800-990-7788, and an SCE representative will gladly assist you.
