How do I cancel a service request once it's been submitted?

- After submitting a request, customers will receive an email containing a unique confirmation number for each pending address. You will use this number to view or update the status of your submitted request.

2. To cancel a pending service request, click “Find My Request” in the body of the confirmation email or upper right of the Move Center page.

3. The customer must either login or look up the account to proceed.

4. On the “My Request” page, input the confirmation number described in step one and click the trash icon. The customer will be asked to confirm the cancellation of the service request.
