What if My Account is already registered with another email address?

If you are trying to create a new account with an existing email address, an error message will appear indicating that the email address is currently in use. You will be prompted to enter a new email address.  

You can also reset the password of your existing account by clicking the Reset Password link and entering your User ID / Email.
