When will I receive my deposit refund after turning off service?

If you're entitled to a deposit refund, we will mail it to you along with your closing bill within 30 days of closing your account. Deposits are automatically applied to the account 10 days after the last service address is turned off and closed. 

 

Security Deposits are subject to review once 12 consecutive monthly bills have been paid on time, and SCE determines that the customer credit has been established. This applies to both residential and commercial customers. If you’re entitled to a deposit refund, we will mail to it you along with your closing bill within 30 days of closing your account.
