In order to ensure your Direct Access status goes with you to your new address, please don't use the Move Center to submit your service move request—instead, call us at 1-800-799-4723, Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., and we'll help you with your order.
