Why isn’t my service address accepted?

If you are experiencing issues with address recognition while submitting a service request online, it may not have been recognized in the format you entered. Here are a few tips to help us find your address: 

• Select a street name from the suggested names that appear as you type.
• Enter street numbers, such as 1515, in the address field instead of the unit number field. 
• Add a dash to unit numbers that start with a letter (i.e., A-23) 
• Double-check for typos: Ensure that all street names, city names, and zip codes are spelled correctly.
