How do I submit verification documents to complete my request to start service?

Our document upload portal is currently under maintenance. If you submitted a request to start service and have been asked to submit verification documents to complete your request, please follow the instructions below. You will need to share your documentation within 5 business days.
Please upload a copy of two (2) of the following forms of documentation to verify your identity:
- Copy of valid photo ID, driver's license, or passport
- Social security number card
- Wage and Tax Statement (W-2 form)
Please send your documentation to the Customer Verification Desk within 5 business days by emailing RSCVD@SCE.COM
Once documents are received, the review process may take 1-2 business days to complete. Failure to upload two forms of documentation to verify your identity within 5 business days will result in delays in getting power turned on or cancellation of the move-in request.
