- After submitting a request, customers will receive an email containing a unique confirmation number for each pending address. You will use this number to view the status or make updates to a request you have submitted.

2. To edit a pending service request, click “Find My Request” in the body of the confirmation email or upper right of the Move Center page.
3. Customer must either log in or lookup account to proceed.
4. On the “My Request” page, input the confirmation number described in step one and click “Edit Date”.
5. Use the calendar to choose a new service date. Click “Submit” to confirm the new date after selection.
