If you are a business customer and you have an assigned SCE Account Manager, you may also contact them directly for assistance.
Eligible customers can submit a request to enroll to either their dedicated SCE Account Manager or contact 1-800-990-7788 for further assistance. Please ensure you have registered for My Account and have active accounts.
