Eligible SCE customers can easily explore payment arrangement options online through My Account. Read below to view instructions on how to request a payment arrangement based on your account type.
Single Account:
If you have a single customer account, you can access the payment arrangement link directly below or from the account balance section in My Account.
Multi-Account:
If you have multiple customer accounts, you will need to log in and click the request payment arrangement link for the desired account.
Eligibility Requirements:
SCE customers can extend the due date of their bills or make payment arrangements, except:
- Accounts that have been assigned for disconnection the same day
- Service has already been disconnected for non-payment
- Customers enrolled in The Arrearage Management Plan (AMP)
- Customers with returned checks that have returned check fees
- Customers enrolled in Budget Billing Plan (BBP)
