Ang mga Independent Living Center ay nagsisilbi sa mga taong may lahat ng kapansanan, sa lahat ng edad, at lahat ng antas ng kita at nakatuon sa pagtaas ng kalayaan, pag-access, at pantay na pagkakataon. Nakikipagsosyo ang SCE sa mga sumusunod na ILC sa aming teritoryo ng serbisyo upang tulungan ang mga customer na maghanda para sa mga emerhensiya at mga kaganapan sa PSPS. Nakikipagkontrata rin sa ang SCE sa California Foundation of Independent Living Centers (CFILC) upang mag-alok ng programa para sa Disability Disaster Access & Resources (DDAR) sa mga kwalipikadong customer.
