As of 3 pm today, 172,000 customers are without power, and we have restored service to over 406,000 customers since the start of the wind event. For customers enrolled in Budget Assistant, SCE will send routine notifications of estimated energy costs based on the selected frequency and method of delivery. Notifications can be delivered through only one of the three methods offered. If text message delivery is selected, your carrier's text messaging rates will apply. SCE does not guarantee receipt of Budget Assistant notifications. As a user of Budget Assistant, it is your responsibility to ensure that SCE has current, accurate contact information on you. The Budget Assistant notifications provide energy cost estimates only, based on your individual energy usage profile. The estimates do not include taxes, surcharges, or credits. The Budget Assistant estimates will differ from your actual bill based on actual energy usage and other factors. This program is funded by SCE's ratepayers and administered by SCE under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. Enrolled customers can update spending targets or terminate participation in the program at any time by contacting SCE at 800-799-4209 or through their My Account at www.sce.com.
