Southern California Edison (SCE) will make non-customer specific, non-public information available to its affiliates only if SCE makes that information contemporaneously available to all other service providers on the same terms and conditions. Notice of availability of such information, including relevant terms and conditions of release, will be posted here.

During April 2020, a Southern California Edison employee inadvertently sent COVID-19 Daily Reports to a SCE affiliate which contained non-public SCE information.

2/14/20

On February 7, 2020, an Edison International (EIX) employee inadvertently sent an email that included non-public SCE information to an employee of an SCE affiliate. The email included a list of SCE and EIX employee questions for management.

4/17/18

On April 16, 2018, a Southern California Edison employee inadvertently sent an email to an employee of an SCE affiliate that included a list of SCE suppliers..

2/22/18

On February 14, 2018, a Southern California Edison employee inadvertently sent an email containing information regarding the activities at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station to an employee of an SCE affiliate.
