Guest Payments to Service Account(s)
Any person can make a payment on a customer’s behalf by using SCE's self-service electronic payment system.
To make a payment, they must provide the following authenticating information:
- The Customer of Records name (First and Last);
- The Customer Account Number; and
- The ZIP Code of the billing address.
