SCE EnergyManager®
Introduce your business to the SCE EnergyManager® suite of tools to help monitor, analyze, and manage your business energy usage. This tool makes it simple for large business customers (i.e., GS-3, PA-3) with easy-to-use reports for further analysis.
Benchmarking Your Building
Building owners can set up a benchmarking profile on SCE.com and have their building's usage data automatically uploaded to ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®.

Third-Party Access of Energy Usage Data
Customer Information Service Request (CISR)
Submitting the CISR form only provides the Agent with authorization from an SCE customer to request and receive data and/or perform certain functions on the customer’s behalf. Register customer authorization to receive customer information act on a customer’s behalf. See below for links to tariff schedules containing CISR service fees, two (2) methods to fill out CISR Form 14-796, and applicable CISR Form Instructions.

This form must be completed, in its entirety, by the SCE customer and the Agent. Additionally, please provide SCE with a written request (i.e., E-mail) identifying specific service account(s) and detailing the specific information you wish SCE to release and/or the specific functions you request SCE perform.

Want to authorize the release of your data to a third party (like a solar company)? Data is transferred securely and automatically to a third-party system.
The program leverages technology consistent with the standard adopted by the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) to support the Green Button Initiative. Third Parties should have technical system capabilities to complete customer authorization using OAuth 2.0 and process files that are transferred using bulk API.

Are you a Demand Response Provider (DRP)?>
Do you want to authorize the release of customer data to a customer-designated Non-Utility Demand Response Provider (DRP)? After you register, you can create a partnership with another DRP. This allows our customers to share data with both parties with only one authorization. Need more info? There are two (2) methods available:
- Processing Online Authorizations or
- Processing paper CISR-DRP forms through manual submission

Energy Data Request Program

Qualified Academic Researchers, per Regulatory Decision (D-14-05-016), may submit a request for information specific to a Customer, such as a Customer Name and Customer Address.
