You can view your Customer Account Number and Service Account Number in the "Services" section of My Account. It is also located in the upper right corner of your bill statement.
Different account numbers are used to manage different information for your account. These numbers include your:
- Customer Account Number: Your Customer Account Number begins with the number 4, 5, 6, or 7, no dashes, and then 11 digits, like this: 400000000000, 500000000000, etc. This number is tied to your billing information and mailing address, and is used to issue statements, payments, debits, and credits. You should reference this number when you call our Customer Support team or make a payment.
- Service Account Number: Your Service Account Number begins with the number 8, no dashes, and then 9 digits, like this: 8000000000. This number is tied to your service address where your meter is and helps us track your usage information and calculations. You’ll need your Service Account Number to apply for SCE rates like CARE, FERA, and Medical Baseline.
