

SCE My Account gives you round-the-clock access to a variety of services, putting you in control of your energy usage and billing. Manage your account anytime, anywhere, and enjoy the convenience of having your SCE account at your fingertips.
The SCE Help Center is designed to be your primary resource for answers to questions you may have about your SCE account, outages, and more.
SCE My Account allows you to:
View
- Easily view and pay your bill at any time
- View your projected bill and help control your costs
Analyze
- Review your daily power usage and history
- Anticipate and control your future use
Access
- Use energy-saving tools to help reduce your bill
- Set up automatic payments and Paperless Billing for convenience
- Receive email reminders and text alerts
It only takes a few minutes to register for My Account, and you’ll be able to access important information about your account right away.
Access the user registration module to get started.
1. Create a User ID & Password
During the first step of user registration, you'll be asked to provide the following:
- First name
- Last name
- Current email address (this will be your SCE.com User ID)
- Secure password
Please add scewebservices.com to your contacts to be sure you receive our emails.
4. Choose Verification Method
To ensure the security of your account, we use a two-step verification process. Upon logging in for the first time, you will be asked to choose a method to receive your verification code:
- Voice Message - If your phone system requires any entry before leaving a message, this option may not work.
- Text Message - You may only send a text message to a mobile phone.
2. Email Activation
Check your inbox for our verification email and click the “Activate” link to proceed to the last step of registration. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your primary inbox.
For your security, if your email address is not verified within 3 days, your SCE.com User ID will expire, and you’ll need to restart the registration process.
5. Enter Verification Code
After you select a verification method, a 6-digit code will be sent to the phone number listed for your account via voice or text message. The pin will expire in 5 minutes, but you will have the option to resend or choose a different verification method if needed.
Once you enter the 6-digit code and click "Verify," your SCE online account registration is complete.
3. Log in to SCE.com
After clicking the activation link, a message will display confirming that your User ID has been created and you will be prompted to log into your SCE account.
Accessing Multiple Accounts
If you have multiple service accounts under a single customer account number, you'll be able to access all of them through My Account.
Business Partners
If you are a non-customer (such as a city inspector, contractor, etc.) please register through the Business Partners portal.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
SCE.com users will have the option to enable MFA, which adds an extra layer of security to protect their confidential data in case their User ID or password is compromised. If a customer enables MFA, they will be sent a unique security code via text message or voice call each time they attempt to log in to SCE.com.
